At Warwick Animal Hospital we understand that while not all pet health issues warrant a visit to the ER, waiting for a routine appointment isn't always an option either! We are open Monday thru Saturday and offer Urgent Care appointments to both new and existing patients in our community. 

Urgent Care appointments open every day at 8am and are available on a first-call, first-serve basis. Please call us at (401) 785-2222 to reserve* your urgent care appointment now.

*We do require a deposit at the time of booking, and for any new patients we will try to call their regular veterinarian for any medical records if possible.

We ask that clients be aware that depending on the day and how we are scheduled there may be up to an hour wait to be seen. Our Urgent Care appointments are also limited in number, and there are times we are at capacity and unable to see more patients that day. We are always more than willing to place patients on a cancellation list, and provide resources to any ERs in the Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut area.

If your pet experiences an after-hours emergency, requires an overnight observation, or we determine they require a level of specialty care that can be better provided elsewhere, we’ll refer you to the closest specialty care or emergency animal hospital.
